So I decided to practice my chinese cooking skills, and made my version of kung pao chicken.  It turned out very tasty actually!
And yes, these pictures aren't 100% in focus... the steam + my lack of a macro lens = hard to do closeups right =(

and I bet you used those hotter then hell peppers on that. Looks really tasty apart from that.
